Lihpao Resort continued the planning of diversified field construction in recent years, from the original double Lihpao lands, Mala Bay, Discovery World, Fullon Hotel LihPao Land and Outlet Mall to Racing Park. Currently a new force joined the Resort. The targeted customer base of the T11 Hotel & T12 Hotel focuses on “car dealers and racing fans” attending track day events in the racing park and “petty bourgeois for jaunt.” There are 230 guest rooms, and 11 types of rooms in the hotel, with half of the rooms with a balcony to enjoy the view and directly overlook the tracks. The guest rooms are designed to combine unique features of basketball, football, surfing and racing to provide the sense of speed for the guest living in the room. Besides the room design, the breakfast is one unique feature of the racing-themed hotel. Referring to the dinner plate of the athlete, the plate is designed for travelers to take suitable food proportions according to the exercise intensity of the individual (low, moderate and high), which is very different from the usual hotel breakfast experience.

Lihpao G2 Track with Attracting Height Difference of Up to 5 Stories Challenging the Extreme of Drivers
The Lihpao G2 Track was planned by the world-renowned Portuguese racetrack designer Carlos Couto. During the track construction, the British racetrack consultation company Driven, Asian Chairman of Le Mans, ARRC and Asian F4 racing team visited Taiwan serval times and came to the construction site in person. In addition to providing many precious opinions and guidance, they were surprised by the design of the track and considered it is very attracting to drive on a landscape with height difference while facing various tricky bends in the competition. The track features professional difficulties without losing its playfulness. It is 3.5 km in length incorporating 23 curves and a height difference of up to 5 stories for clockwise racing. The 2 linear acceleration tracks have 9 left curves and 14 right curves to challenge the extreme of the rider and the setting of the car. The track is classified into zones named “Wind,” “Fire” and “Thunderbolt” based on the Art Of War By Sun Tzu adopting the meaning of “rapidity be that of the wind; in raiding and plundering be like fire; and when you move, fall like a thunderbolt” with more than 10 routes in a cross arrangement manner. The Wind zone has curves with large angles and two linear acceleration tracks, the Fire zone is the only track with height difference in Taiwan while the Thunder zone has a high-speed Hairpin. The engine running with a great roar between gear switching demonstrates the extreme tension of the magnificent racetrack.

Racing on the optimal Go-Kart track in Asia without a license, making the racing dream come true
In comparison to general racing, Go-Kart racing is a basic sport among racing. Lihpao established internationally accredited professional tracks. The Go-Kart track has length of 1.5 km featuring 15 curves combining high and low speed curves and consecutive S bends to provide more pleasure and delight for the rider. It is also the longest track in Taiwan and the only one certificated by FIA CIK by naming it as “the best Go-Kart circuit in Asia.”
Lihpao imported racing and 2-seater types of Go-Kart with original packaging for adults and children to enjoy the pleasure of racing. Children above 10 with height over 140 cm can drive Go-Karts alone without a license. Customers shall attend the racing course in advance to understand the safety rules, and safety measures such as spare helmets are provided on the site. Full preparation can ensure a happy and pleasant experience. The actual experiencing time is 8 minutes. The Go-Kart is equipped with an anti-gravity steering wheel to directly reflect the motive force to the driver as the chassis is very close to the ground so that they can have an unforgettable experience by fully enjoying the charm of speeding.

The Racing Park has a vertical wind tunnel exclusive in Taiwan to enjoy the thrill of skydiving on the ground. The vertical wind tunnel is available for all ages with a professional instructor available throughout the experience. It also provides comprehensive safety gear from head to toe. The wind generated by the giant fan can reach 230 km per hour and the strong airflow enables the player to float in the air. It has attracted players of different ages, from 6-year-old children to 70-year-old seniors to experience the pleasure of weightlessness since its opening. The strong airflow may distort and change the shape of the player’s face, making it an enjoyable and funny experience.

The first Road Safety Education Center for Children in Central Taiwan to take root in basic education
As the ideal training location for car fans, Lihpao Racing Park also worked with “Chinese Taipei Automobile Federation (CTAF)” to establish the first “Road Safety Education Center for Children” in Central Taiwan to cultivate the road safety consciousness of children by taking root in basic education. CTAF is a formal member of FIA which is devoted to promoting safe driving. In response to the “#3500” long-term road safety promotion by FIA, the Center became the only one in Taiwan to exclusively use “Golden Rules” certified by FIA as road safety teaching materials. The Center introduced amusement park facilities imported from Europe for children to play and learn at the same time without any entrance tickets. Covering an area of 2644.8 square meters, the Center has nine major facilities with expenses ranging from NTD50–150 each, including mini-racing, control racers, mini-excavator, bumper cars, laser maze and various educational toys for brainstorming. The “Mini-Driving Class” is suitable for children of school age from 5 to 12. Children must attend the course in road safety before driving and there are professional instructors on site guiding children to pass each road test checkpoint after entering the site. Integrating teaching materials such as traffic signals, traffic signs and reticles with road safety material “Golden Rules” of FIA in the driving class for situational experience, children are able to drive small vehicles imported from Europe in person for various road tests in an accredited location to receive the one and only child driving license after completing the course.

One Go-Kart building with six types of entertainment
Similar to a speed amusement park, the Go-Kart building provides six kinds of entertainment within one building by collecting trendy and cool games! There are three floors in total. The first floor has Go-Karts and the vertical wind tunnel while the second floor has the virtual reality experience center VR Formula covering 826.5 square meters, which is the largest in Taiwan. It has 14 kinds of gaming machines including the exclusive VR running and shooting game “Bullet Sorrow” and VR racing game “Speed Conqueror” to satisfy the requirements of all ages. The hall in the Reception Center of Lihpao Racing Park often holds all forms of car exhibitions for the public to view various supercars, SUVs and race cars treasured by celebrities, and implement the aesthetics of racing in daily life. Located in Houli, Taichung City, the resort is close to HSR station and Taichung International Airport and provides a free shuttle bus between HSR and the resort on a regular time and location basis for convenient transportation.
